They are a market leader in their industry and are a passionate and innovate company. They are recruiting for a Service Administrator on a permanent basis. Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-4. The role: Work as part of a dynamic Helpdesk team answering and logging calls onto database Planning and scheduling direct labour and subcontractors Effectively monitoring the delivery of reactive repairs works to ensure contract KPIs are met Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints and compliments Maintain a continued focus on process improvement, establishing best practice and sharing information with the wider team to ensure consistency Provide administrative support to the management team as required The Requirements: Ability to be organised and work as part of a team Good Knowledge of MS Word and Excel are required Excellent communication skills are required Strong numeracy skills with good attention to detail Able to adhere to deadlines Confident telephone manner The Opportunity: Our client offers excellent salary, career progression and ongoing training, health plan, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, additional holiday increase with length of service, opportunity to join a well established and supportive team with fantastic culture and environment.
