Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Site HR Partner at Crane Payment Innovations. The Site HR Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. The role is based in Chippenham, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
* Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies expertise
* Strong understanding of employee relations
* Knowledge of labor and employment law
* Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Previous experience in a similar role in a global organization is a plus
