Social media here means more. A B Corp-accredited culture, brand and communications business, we think bigger to change organisations for the better. We're on a mission to make opportunity, reward and progression equal for all, and social media plays a key part in making this a reality. It sits at the heart of almost every brand and campaign we create. As our Paid Social Coordinator, you'll make sure it always delivers.
Joining our established and excellent social team, you'll support a huge range of paid social and content strategies. This will see you:
* strategising, activating and optimising paid social campaigns across multiple social platforms
* accurately managing large campaign budgets for key clients
* producing timely campaign reporting with insightful analysis
* conducting content audits for clients using Rival IQ insights
* understanding and sharing channel best practices
* working in a fast-paced environment, meeting multiple client deadlines
* developing an understanding of our employer, education and youth markets.
Requirements
To make an impression, you'll need to be a natural team player with a solid understanding of how paid social works. Some experience of organic content insight would be handy, but it's not essential. We're more interested in your:
* ability to manage multiple projects and keep them all on track
* organised and detailed approach
* knowledge of social channels including LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit
* excitement for what powerful, purposeful content can achieve.
Benefits
We care about supporting our people, so you'll enjoy benefits that include 30 days of annual leave a year (plus bank holidays), hybrid working, healthcare apps, and two charity volunteering days. If you're as passionate as we are about making the world around us a better place, join us.
In line with our mission to make opportunity, reward and progress equal for all, we believe that a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace makes us a more relevant and more resilient company. We welcome people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and experiences.
