Our client is looking for a highly motivated, organised and engaged leader to deliver health & safety, compliance and environmental standards across the Group.
The role consists of managing a team of five staff, whilst directly providing support and advice to other departments.
Our client prides itself on delivering an excellent, high quality and high compliant service to keep staff and tenants safe. We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our client and to deliver exceptional services in a continuously changing environment.
Requirement: You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Head of Facilities and Compliance Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for adherence of an organisation to policies and procedures especially regulatory and ethical standards.
* Perform audits and implement policies.
* Lead on facilities, projects and initiatives relative to all aspects of service, delivery and development including those relative to operations, health, safety, environmental and accessibility compliance and best practice.
* Oversee compliance within organisation and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requests policies and procedures.
* Monitor all aspects of building functions and guarantee the safety of all functions.
* Run routine inspections with contractors and plan maintenance while supervising staff.
* Negotiate with third party vendors.
* Address both strategic and operational matters.
* Meet and improve costs where applicable and feasible using recognised cost analysis methods.
