Step into the role of Social Media Coordinator - Content Creation!

Your role of Social Media Coordinator - Content Creation sits within our friendly and creative Marketing department.
Your Role:
You will be part of the Marketing Activation team and be responsible for creating all the social native content on our platforms. From proactively planning content creation days with the team, tracking the latest social media trends and always looking for new opportunities to stand out. You will work with the Creative and Studio team on a regular basis to build video sets and prepare scripts with the Copy team to brief our internal and external teams ahead of content creation.
A main priority of the role will be to build daily content for our social channels and to ensure we always have fresh assets that bring the Joules brand story to life!
The role supports the growth of the business by driving a compelling social presence placing Joules into culture to fuel brand awareness, customer acquisition and advocacy with inspiring and bespoke platform content.
What to expect from a day to day perspective:
1. Work seamlessly with our social media coordinator to plan the content for the season ahead and spot social media trends that feel truly relevant to Joules.
2. Plan and own the content building schedule to ensure the delivery of our day-to-day content output across our paid and organic social channels.
3. Work with the team in the studio to understand when campaign shoots are taking place and the opportunities to capture BTS.
4. Coordinate content briefs as required, ensuring they are delivered on time and to budget.
5. Occasional posting of content across multiple platforms (also outside of core hours - the weekend and evenings as required) to support the social media coordinator.
6. Coordinate weekly content days by managing briefs across multiple teams. This includes: booking the studio, building backdrops with VM, steaming product that will be filmed/photographed and providing thorough briefs to anyone involved in a content day.
7. You will work closely with the wider team, actively recommend new and exciting talent for social content and brand campaigns.
8. Create tailored content to the unique strengths of each platform and stay up-to-date on platform changes and trends to capitalise on new opportunities.
9. Design social media assets that adhere to our brand guidelines including fast transition videos, voiceovers and interviews using Capcut and Adobe packages. You will have support from the creative team but must be comfortable filming and editing independently.
10. Coordination and attendance of all events, as well as supporting influencer and competition content builds to support social media campaigns.

Where will you be working?
This is a full time role based 5 days a week at ‘The Barn’ - this is Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Built in 2020, our team benefits from a creative, collaborative and open plan working environment that boasts comfort and exceptional design. It’s truly a great place to work.
Due to the nature of the role, there will be some occasional weekend and evening work required; we are therefore looking for someone who is flexible, can get the job done and can plan ahead of time. In return, we offer the opportunity for flexible working when required. There is also a requirement to travel to new store openings and events; we need someone who is able and willing to drive on these occasions.
