Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist & Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers within their client’s brand-new offices based in Chapeltown, Sheffield. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service while providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Frontline Communication & Customer Service Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming enquiries via phone and in person. Greet, welcome, and direct visitors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently. Administrative Support Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, printing, binding, and responding to emails. Maintain internal office communications and distribute relevant information. Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries. Office Management & Coordination Maintain sickness and annual leave records for office staff. Manage internal meeting room bookings through the online calendar system. Ensure the kitchen and office supplies are fully stocked, placing orders as needed. The ideal candidate will be a professional and committed team player, with strong verbal and written communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. They will also need to be proficient using Microsoft Office and other software packages. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment.
