Job summary The Rapid response Team is seeking a highly skilled and clinically motivated Resuscitation Practitioner to join our service at Frimley Health. The Rapid Response Team team supports the clinical care of all patients who are risk of deterioration or other immediately life threatening events or risk of, suffering a cardiac arrest. As the successful candidate you will have experience in the management of medical emergencies and in the development and implementation of resuscitation policies and procedures. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills The successful candidate will join a multi-professional clinical education team who are committed and passionate to delivering excellence in the trust. Main duties of the job Trust-wide role providing resuscitation expertise, advice and training to all grades of clinical staff (as identified by trusts training policy and other appropriate staff members). Therefore, the post holder must be able to respond to emergencies (as designated). Audit standards of emergency care and ensure up-to-date evidence-based practice throughout the Trust.
