We are looking for a confident and motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist to join the therapy team at the Duke of Cornwall Spinal Treatment Centre in Salisbury.
The Centre works with patients with Spinal Cord Injury in the South West region and part of the South East region of the United Kingdom, including the Islands off the south coast of England.
Main duties of the job
You will be part of the therapy team working with patients with different levels of Spinal Cord Injuries, including high-level Spinal Cord Injuries and patients who require long-term ventilation. Working with patients on a 1:1 basis and in group settings, you will provide comprehensive physiotherapy rehabilitation that meets individual patient needs.
You will be part of a diverse Multi-disciplinary Team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Engineers, Consultants, Nursing staff, Discharge Coordinators, Pressure Clinic Staff, and volunteers.
