As a Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring ISO 900, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance, driving continuous improvement, and shaping the company’s operational excellence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will collaborate with senior leadership, define quality benchmarks, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Building strong relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders
Reviewing and optimizing Quality Management System (QMS) performance
Developing and implementing quality control tests
Defining standards aligned with industry regulations & customer expectations
Working closely with senior management to set and maintain quality benchmarks
Driving health & safety compliance across the organization
Facilitating effective communication and training to enhance employee skills
Managing a small team of Regulatory and Health and Safety co-ordinators.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a relevant industry
A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures & legal standards
