Job Title:
Structural Engineer (grad +2 up to Senior Engineer)
Salary Range:
£30,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct structural analysis and design for a variety of projects, including domestic buildings and hospital facilities, with project values up to £25 million.
2. Develop structural solutions using steel frames and reinforced concrete (RC) for buildings up to 3-5 storeys.
3. Perform hand calculations and utilize software such as Tedds and SCIA for structural analysis and design.
4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
5. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
3. Chartered status or working towards chartered status (desirable but not essential).
4. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, particularly Tedds and SCIA.
5. Strong understanding of steel frame construction and reinforced concrete.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
