Senior Pensions Administrator
Office Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays (M50 3SP)
Salary: From £30,000
Permanent, Full time: 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview

If you have expertise in handling final salary pension schemes and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Ensure our members receive industry-leading service, accurate information, and adherence to service level agreements.
What you will do
1. Handle sensitive cases efficiently and professionally.
2. Manage complex cases for defined benefit and contribution members.
3. Train and mentor junior team members.
4. Ensure clear and helpful communication with members.
5. Drive team performance to achieve a 95% service level.
6. Identify and implement process improvements.
What you will bring
1. Minimum 4 years’ experience in pensions administration.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of all areas of pensions administration principles.
3. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
4. Strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude.
5. Strong numerical skills and experience of manual pensions calculations.
6. CPC or PMI qualification preferred.
