Job Title: Children’s Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Shildon
Salary: From £28,704 to £31,200 per year (base salary for 48 hours)
Working Hours: Various available 24/36/48-hour contracts (including waking nights, 4 on / 4 off)
Number of Sleeps Required: Up to 4 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £73 per sleep
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People with SEMH, Autism, and Learning Disabilities
Home: Outstanding Ofsted ratings
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in Years: Not specified (training provided for non-experienced candidates)
