You will provide critical evidence to support our business teams in developing and delivering assessment products of the highest quality. To be successful you will demonstrate:
* an interest and curiosity about assessment
* knowledge of research methods and recent literature in education and assessment
* the ability to write and speak in ways that suit different purposes and that engage different audiences, such as teachers, business colleagues and academic researchers
* you can conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis independently and confidently
Having a postgraduate qualification that involved a quantitative or qualitative research project is an advantage but not essential.
