Role Overview
I’m delighted to be supporting a highly reputable MSP to recruit an enthusiastic New Business Executive. Reporting to the New Business Manager, this role focuses on assisting in winning new customers, helping drive recurring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Target high-value prospects to drive recurring revenue growth.
Build and maintain trust with prospects through trust-transfer strategies.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns tailored to prospect needs.
Qualify and pursue targeted prospects to maximise business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance prospect engagement and sales conversions.
Skills & Experience
18 months in the IT managed services sector as a Helpdesk or Infrastructure Technician, or 18 months in B2B sales, marketing, or account management.
Familiarity with the MSP / IT B2B technology sector.
Understanding of Microsoft technologies.
Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and GA4.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good commercial awareness and business acumen.
