About the role: Are you a passionate, caring individual ready to support young learners in their KS1 journey? A welcoming primary school in Barking and Dagenham is seeking a KS1 Teaching Assistant (TA) to provide booster sessions and interventions for students needing extra support. This is a part-time role offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children’s educational progress while enjoying a collaborative and positive working environment. As a KS1 TA, you will work closely with class teachers to provide targeted support for students. Your focus will be on delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to help children reach their potential, particularly in literacy and numeracy. You'll be a key part of creating a nurturing learning environment for students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
