Description
Provide HR advisory support to the team.
Implement HR initiatives and projects.
Manage employee relations and performance issues.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with regulations.
Support recruitment and selection processes.
Contribute to the development of HR strategies and objectives.
Deliver HR training to staff and managers.
Participate in the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.Profile
A successful HR Advisor needs to be available to start in January and have the following:
CIPD Level 3 (minimum) and/or considerable experience in a generalist HR role.
Demonstrable awareness of employment law and regulations and their implications for practical workplace processes and issues.
Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Not For Profit sector - ideal but not essential.
Excellent knowledge of HR legislation and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage projects.

2 year FTC - £37,000 per year - compressed hours considered
Based in York 2-3 days per week - hybrid working
