About the Role - Concessionary Travel Assistant
Customer Service and Administrative support across all aspects of delivery for KCC's School bus pass schemes. Handling customer enquiries received by telephone and via email and general administrative support towards the delivery of the Kent County Council Travel Saver and Kent 16+ Travel Saver schemes.
What is the day-to-day of the role:
Handling customer enquiries
Liaison with other council departments as necessary
Maintain office systems and use the departments bespoke system to manage and update customer and contract records
Required Skills and Qualifications
Administration experience
Experience in Microsoft office
Ability to communicate effectivelyBenefits
