The primary purpose of this role is to support the Head of Operations facilitate the smooth running of our human resources function, including onboarding new employees, managing the HR systems and assisting with some aspects of payroll and employee benefits. Whilst specific legal training is not required, solid HR legal knowledge will be advantageous. Betknowmore UK will invest in the candidate’s professional and personal development, including pathways for career progression within the charity. This role would suit someone keen to develop their functional expertise in HR and gain exposure to the breadth of operational functions Qualifications or Relevant Experience • Proven track record in a generalist HR role, no formal qualifications required Essential Experience • Experience working in the human resources function of a growing charitable organisation. • Experience in building relationships internally and externally. • Experience in coordinating targeted recruitment and selection campaigns aligned with organisational objectives.
