Job Title: Customer Team Member
Role Summary:
We're looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Team Members at Co-op.
About the Role
As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a close-knit team dedicated to providing excellent customer service on the shop floor and tills. You'll also be responsible for performing various tasks around the store, including re-stocking shelves and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Friendly and Thoughtful Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and working in our in-store bakery to deliver a great shopping experience.
* Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
* Store Safety and Compliance: Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
* New Product and Service Introduction: Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues for mutual learning.
* Community Support: Get involved in local activities and events to support our community.
