If so, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities: Social Media Management Plan and execute social media calendars for both brands, aligning with marketing campaigns, business priorities, and past performance insights. Manage content scheduling, updates, and publishing across all platforms to achieve growth objectives like increased followers, engagement, reach, and conversions. Oversee daily social media operations, including content creation, social-first captions, real-time posting, community engagement, and sourcing user-generated content (UGC). Stay on top of social media trends, news, and conversations, responding swiftly to opportunities to create impactful brand moments. Drive growth on Instagram and TikTok, leading strategy to expand reach, followers, and engagement. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, collaborating with customer service to ensure a seamless experience for customers. Content Creation Create, capture, and edit high-quality content for core platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter) while maintaining brand guidelines. Manage UGC and creator content, ensuring alignment with broader marketing efforts such as CRM, PR, and digital campaigns. Video content - produce, shoot, and edit short-form video content. Analysis & Reporting Track and analyse social media performance, providing actionable insights to optimise strategy and inform decision-making. Deliver weekly reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations, presenting findings during trade meetings. PR & Influencers Support product seeding initiatives, coordinating with merchandising to ensure timely deliveries. Identify and engage with influencers aligned with the brand, managing collaborations and community requests. Work with the external PR agency on sample requests and seasonal image updates. Assist in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, activations, and new social media ideas. Capture engaging content for events like store openings, pop-ups, and press days to amplify social reach. Key Skills & Experience: Essential A minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing social media for a comparable brand. Proven track record of building and growing social media accounts and build online communities, specifically Instagram & TikTok. Hands-on experience creating, filming, and editing engaging content. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics to deliver actionable performance insights. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commercially driven mindset. Creativity, motivation, and enthusiasm for connecting with audiences through digital platforms. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative and trade teams.
