We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional with a proven track record in driving lead generation to accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in content creation, lead generation, email marketing, data enrichment tools, social media engagement, and PPC/SEO optimisation. You are the ideal candidate if you have: Qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field – but not essential if you have the right experience. 5 years of experience in senior marketing role, specifically within IT managed services or a related technology field. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google AdWords, etc. Demonstrated experience with SEO/PPC, content marketing, and social media strategy. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and capitalise on data to drive decision-making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with stakeholders. Proven capability to manage projects, prioritise tasks and execute strategies effectively under tight deadlines. Attention to detail and can meet deadlines with high quality work. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and develop skills & knowledge. A teamwork mentality with a positive attitude. On a daily basis you will: Develop growth marketing content strategies and campaign plans to drive quality lead generation in an efficient, and cost-effective manner, aligned to business goals. Leverage account-based marketing to tailor marketing efforts to specific high-value accounts. Continuously review and optimise content and marketing strategies to ensure maximum ROI. Drive team efforts, demonstrating leadership and direction to marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive and coordinated actions. Create content, propositions, and campaigns that will educate, inspire, engage, and excite our customer base and attract new customers. Conduct direct outreach using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot for email marketing, enriching data with platforms like Apollo.io. Oversee social media strategy and contribute to content to increase engagement and lead conversion. Analyse and personalise marketing efforts to increase relevance and engagement with targeted audiences. Employ retargeting strategies to recapture interest and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Contribute to strategic marketing activities that increase engagement, improve market differentiation, and drive high quality lead conversion. Work with the Marketing team to develop the prospect and customer journey in HubSpot, including SEO development, improving website. engagement and conversion, and creating effective lead nurture workflows. Work with the Core marketing team to produce compelling content and copy for various distribution channels, including webinars and event material, presentations, email campaigns, newsletters, website content, direct messaging in Sales Navigator, social media, blogs, and other product and service-related marketing collateral to drive leads and support the sales team. Engage with Operations and Service teams to write, develop and evolve service descriptions, product and proposition collateral, and thought leadership content. Work with marketing and partner management teams in creation of value proposition content for Core Partner Programme and co-sell material for Microsoft programmes. Research and source relevant market insight and turn it into compelling content and material for presentations and lead generation.
