The Client The client is a large pharmaceutical company that are aiming to make people's lives better through their medicines. They are well established that have had 19% growth in the last two years and are looking to continue this through their life changing research. The Role The role would focus on the creation of mechanistic PKPD, population PK, and systems pharmacology models for ADCs. There would work done to develop a cellular mathematical model and work to for the best dose and regimen to achieve a higher therapeutic index. You would using programming languages including Nonmem, Matlab, R and Monolix.
