JOB TITLE: Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer / Improver
SALARY: 28 - 34k + van/fuel card + overtime, bonus

JOB INFORMATION
* Our client is looking to develop an in-house service and maintenance HVAC/Air conditioning team and are looking for an air conditioning improver / HVAC improver.
* Working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances for retail and hospitality customers, working both alone and with another engineer depending on experience.
* As an air conditioning improver / HVAC improver, you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits, etc.
* There would be opportunities to train and develop further as an air conditioning / HVAC engineer as our client will be looking to develop your skills in service and fault finding, changing compressors, etc.
* Covering the M25 area, you would be responsible for carrying out air conditioning service and maintenance on contracts for high-profile clients.
* Overtime is available and plentiful.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION
* Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Recognized air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ.
* Experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously.
* Good working knowledge of a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, Split systems, etc.
* Motivated and trustworthy.
* Must be looking to progress with a forward-thinking, up-and-coming business.
