Position: Building Manager
Location: 3B Gallions, London, E16 2HH
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be situated at 3B Gallions, a thriving new build estate located in the heart of East London's Royal Docks, currently comprising of 247 homes. Excellent transport links to Gallions Reach DLR station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* You will have experience working in a similar role in the residential leasehold sector.
* You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
* You have a strong health and safety background, ensuring statutory compliance and keeping up to date with the changing legislation.
* You have managed onsite projects including major works or new site mobilisation.
* You'll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
* You'll have experience managing staff and relevant employment-related issues, as you will be the line manager for 2 concierge staff members.
* You'll have managed budgets and overall expenditure for a residential development, working closely with the Property Manager.
* You have overseen external contractors and property maintenance.
* You're always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
* Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together and building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
* You'll have experiences in delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and managing a team environment.
