We are looking for an experienced manager at Weston General Hospital to oversee the implementation of the Healthy Weston 2 strategy, a UHBW plan for integrated acute and out-of-hospital care across North Somerset and the surrounding areas. This exciting vision will see yet more sustainable improvements to services ensuring patients receive timely care in the most appropriate setting.
Reporting to the Hospital Director, the Operational Delivery Manager will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders both within University Hospitals Bristol and Weston and externally to ensure delivery of the programme plan, alongside other key pieces of work as required.

Knowledge & Experience
* Operational and strategic planning and management.

Qualifications & Training

* Further specialist qualification in relevant subjects, e.g. programme or project management, health informatics.
* Post Graduate qualification (preferably in healthcare management).
* Professional membership of FedIP-affiliated organization, e.g. BCS, UKCIP, SOCITM.
