Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the team of domestic assistants ensuring allocation of work, rotas, PDD’s, absence management, and in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
2. Check and authorise employee hours worked.
3. Be responsible for the provision of an efficient and hygienic laundry service within the home.
4. Ensure residents’ clothing and other possessions are labelled on admission to the home, are well looked after, and cleaned with due care and attention.
5. Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to and are appropriate to effectively control infection within the home environment.
6. Ensure that cleaning costs are kept within budgetary levels.
7. Perform any other duties as reasonably expected.
