We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Supervisor for one of our clients based in Cambridge.
The Front of House staff work a rota system that includes evenings and weekends. Due to the nature of the activities, some out-of-hours work may also be necessary. Shifts may change to cover business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and organise pantry and buttery staff.
2. Ensure high standards of customer service.
3. Manage shift schedules and staff rotas.
4. Assist in training and development of staff.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or catering environment.
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
4. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
