We are looking for hard-working, motivated and energetic employees within our production department to join our production team as Manufacturing Team Leaders on shift 1 (06:00 to 14:00.), working Monday to Friday. The manufacturing team leader must be able to demonstrate that He/She can work and communicate effectively with all production staff. E xperience in the production process is highly valued. Job Summary Manufacturing Team Leaders are there to manage and lead a team that works together to make sure they are delivering good quality products while setting deadlines and goals. Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivate team members and evaluate performance. Provides management assistance, including training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicate concerns and policies between management and team members. Job duties: Supports Production Manager. Manages inventories and stock in your department, maintaining a minimum stock of weekly consumption and detailed records of inventory use, reporting out of stock and advising the stock controller or the warehouse on orders when necessary. Encourages and motivates team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for further training or skill checks. Answers team member questions, helps team member issues and monitors team members' work to ensure quality and adherence to guidelines. Communicate and maintain deadlines, objectives, and goals to team members. Develops strategies to promote team member compliance with company regulations and performance objectives. Hold team meetings to update members on best practices and ongoing expectations. Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports on team performance, mission-related objectives, and timelines. Create an inspiring team environment with a culture of open communication. Set clear team goals. Delegate tasks and set deadlines. Supervise the daily operation of the department. Listen to feedback from team members and resolve any issues or conflicts. Recognize high performance and reward achievements. Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
