Retail Project Manager - Kitchen Installation and Associated Small Works

Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team. This pivotal role involves overseeing multiple installations ensuring they will be executed to the highest standard, on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, anticipating challenges and implementing effective solutions to ensure seamless delivery.
2. Strategic Resource Management: Oversee internal and external subcontractors, identify skill gaps and lead recruitment efforts to build a robust workforce.
3. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the principal liaison with clients, builders, trades, and project managers, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
4. Process and System Development: Design and implement efficient systems and processes to ensure consistency, resilience, and scalability across all projects and team members.
5. Business Development Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director to identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our client base and project portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience
Extensive experience in kitchen/bedroom installation and associated small building works, delivering multiple jobs concurrently. Strong emotional intelligence with strategic thinking abilities, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrating the ability to perform under pressure, managing leadership in Team Management, resource allocation, and process implementation. In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction and kitchen industry.
