A Behaviour Support Assistant requires First-Class Degree from a TOP-20 UK University. A Behaviour Support Assistant must be someone who's eager to learn and apply themselves fully and willing to hit the ground running A desire to work in education in the future could be beneficial for a Behaviour Support Assistant A Behaviour Support Assistant must be a strong, determined and dedicated individual, who is aware of how working as a Behaviour Support Assistant will have its tougher days but be the most rewarding job. Experience with SEND children / Experience with Behavioural Difficulties would be extremely beneficial Behaviour Support Assistant | About the role: A Behaviour Support Assistant can earn up to £106 a day | Paid weekly via PAYE | Inclusive of Holiday Pay The school is looking to help a Master's or Doctorate hopeful get a year's worth of experience in a SEND school to help them with their future careers. The school is regarded highly in its field, and rated 'Good' by OFSTED. We are offering a long-term contract, until the end of the academic year. You will be placed with small group, allowing you to build relationships with the students, and work more closely with them.
