HR Assistant Part time: 15 Hours per week Our client was formed in 1995 by Ben and Lucy Handford. They are now seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to join their dynamic team where you will utilise your communication, administration and multitasking abilities to manage your duties. Your attention to detail attention, and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential. Your role will include: Recruitment support Induction HR support and advice for queries, procedures and policies to both employees and managers, escalating queries where required Appraisals Administrative tasks and requests You will liaise and have the support of our external HR advisers, escalating enquires where necessary. This is an office based role as your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, conducting reference checks; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; assist in workplace investigations, disciplinaries and grievances; support managers with appraisals; and be the main point of contact for HR matters in the workplace. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards it and have proven experience in an HR administrative or assistant role.
