A new client of mine has asked me to support in finding a Clinic Manager for their busy clinic in Birmingham. This would suit someone with a clinic or practice manager background and experience in patient care.
The Clinic Manager is accountable for championing the delivery of the core values of my client, delivering a high-quality service and achieving financial targets and KPIs. You will have experience in a similar role for a busy private practice. You will be proactive with a hands-on management style with the ability to deal with multiple priorities.
A positive leader with strong communication skills who can liaise with the Directors, along with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues across the business. Experience with governance and CQC and/or HFEA requirements is essential. Solid people management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a passion for delivering world-class healthcare experience for their patients.
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of three years of management experience in private health, beauty/spa, hospitality, retail, or service sectors.
* Proven experience in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience with P&L accounts or budgetary management for cost control.
It is really important for someone to come on board and have experience in CQC.
