Key Responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor
1. Providing legal advice to clients on a range of employment law issues.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and agreements.
3. Representing clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings.
4. Advising on redundancy processes and handling unfair dismissal claims.
5. Conducting legal research to stay updated on changes in employment law.
6. Developing relationships with clients and participating in business development activities.
7. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive legal service is provided.
8. Managing own caseload, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
