Main duties of the job
If you are ready to elevate your nursing career then we are seeking a dynamic Lead Nurse Representative for the Locality Board Blended Roles initiative. In this vital position, you'll ensure national quality standards are met and exceeded within our development programs across integrated neighbourhood teams and the independent care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead with Impact: Guide and maintain high standards of care and training within our Blended Roles initiatives.
* Forge Partnerships: Identify and promote collaboration opportunities with diverse professional groups and agencies to enhance education and development in community care.
* Strengthen Relationships: Foster integrated working relationships among all partners involved in neighbourhood-based care delivery.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Maximize learning opportunities by evaluating training and development programs, implementing changes based on evidence gathered.
