Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated individual to join us. You will provide full administrative support to regular Board, SMT, Operation Committee and Investors in People meetings in terms of taking minutes, diarising, sign off, circulation of material and agendas. You will also provide ad hoc administrative support to senior members and Equity Partners and also have the opportunity to assist with events such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility and J&P Summer and Xmas parties.
You will use your strong organisation skills to co-ordinate filming activities, new starter lunches/long service dinners and all P&C (People & Culture) led training. You will arrange Employee Focus Groups and P&C Pop-ins as appropriate - working closely with the P&C and IIP Project workstreams.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* You must have strong experience of working in an office environment in a Coordinator or Admin capacity.
* You will have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* You must have proven experience managing multiple requests from key stakeholders.
* You will have a client-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service.
* You must have the ability to work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* You will have excellent working knowledge of MS Teams - essential.
* You must have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* You will be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
* You will be proactive in your approach and with a positive can-do mindset.
* You are enthusiastic about People and Culture and our IIP journey to be a great place to work.
* You are a great team player.
