Guisborough Hall are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to help support and lead the Catering Team on a 32-hour basis.
Flexibility in this role is essential. Shifts will include weekdays, weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis).
This role will consist of working different shift patterns to assist with delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide a high-quality service to guests and be a team player, willing to help other areas of service where required.
The role will also involve:
* Having a positive can-do attitude and acting as a mentor and support to junior members of the Catering Team.
* Being organised and well prepared to ensure the smooth running of service.
* Assisting in maintaining cleanliness of the front and back of house areas.
* Serving guests in a friendly, courteous manner, delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and be flexible around the needs of the business.
Desirable qualifications include:
* Experience of working in a hospitality setting, dealing with guests/customers.
* Access to own transport would be highly beneficial.
