You will be joining a well-known and prestigious International Bank as their Team Assistant on an initial temporary basis for 3-6 months. Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be supporting the Finance team with their day-to-day administrative requirements. Based in their incredibly modern City of London office 3 days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining 2 days.
Role Responsibilities
1. Providing comprehensive support to the Finance team with administrative, logistical and project-based tasks.
2. Diary, travel, and expense management support for the CFO.
3. Minute-taking and coordination of Finance-led initiatives including statutory audits.
4. Event management for staff meetings and team building activities.
5. Building good relationships with internal functions and assisting the Finance team in managing agenda items.
6. Uploading documents for committees.
Role Requirements
1. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Confidence in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and handle conflicting priorities.
7. A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual who can work independently with limited direction.
