Evolutio is an independent Hospital Eye Service provider, established in 2011 and having seen over 1 million patients, using multi-disciplinary clinical teams, working together to deliver a high-quality ophthalmology outpatient and minor surgical service, for NHS and self-pay patients. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to manage our Wembley, Park Royal and Colindale clinics. A key part of your role will be developing your team to deliver exceptional patient care. You must have strong management experience and be able to deliver results through your passion for people and by working closely with others to develop them through performance management.
Duties include:
1. To ensure the levels of professionalism, customer care and product knowledge of all staff within the clinic meets or exceeds the company standard in order to effectively meet patients' needs.
2. General administration to support the efficient operation of the clinic, delivery of clinic KPI’s, quality measures, and standards.
3. To recruit, induct, coach and support the team to ensure that all staff within the clinic meet the acceptable level of knowledge and competence.
4. To minimize the occurrence of patient complaints through improved customer service and quality of service. To resolve any complaints quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
5. To be responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety for the clinic and its employees and to ensure that all guidelines and legal requirements are upheld.
6. Line manager to a team of Ophthalmic Assistants, this includes authorizing annual leave, monitoring attendance, and performance of daily duties.
