The Customers Sales Representative of Aerospace Coatings will be responsible for performing customer service activities within an office/warehouse environment by handling incoming orders, fielding customer calls, and proactively calling preferred end-user customers.

SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE
* Perform Customer Service activities including telephone and email communication with customers, outside vendors, and internal employees.
* Process incoming Emails, Phone Calls, Quotes, and Purchase Orders to prepare the orders for our production team.
* Provide Inside Sales Support for our outside sales team, (helping with questions, pricing, updates, tracking information, etc).
* Prepare shipping paperwork for orders regarding Domestic and International shipping methods.
* Perform occasional warehouse work to help ensure effective delivery dates to our customers.
* Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors for purchasing materials for the department.
* Conduct self in professional manner to ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met.
* Process sales transactions using POS devices and Company guidelines.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
* Properly dispose of waste cans and product in compliance with Company and Governmental regulations.
* Assist staff with periodic or annual store inventories.
* Special projects as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to lift and carry approximately 25 – 50 lbs. frequently and 75 – 100 lbs. on occasion.
Approximately 60% of the time sitting, 20% standing, 10% walking, 10% stooping, climbing and kneeling.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Listed below are the minimum training requirements necessary to become certified in this position.
* Required Courses - Right-to-Know Training
* Recommended Courses - VOC Technical Reference Course
* DOT Regulation Training
* Hazardous Waste Training
* Attend various manufacturer-training seminar and/or training schools. Seminar may be conducted after normal business hours. Training schools may require overnight travel up to five (5) days.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work all scheduled hours as needed. If usage of employee’s own vehicle is required for company business, employee must obtain appropriate insurance per Company Policy. Employee must be licensed and able to operate vehicle in accordance with state law including commercial drivers license if required. Must have acceptable driving record from State Motor Vehicle Bureau.
