**BRAND NEW POSITION - WORKING IN A CLEAN, FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT!**Our Client, a flower distributor based in Droitwich, are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing team, for on-going work with the potential for a permanent position after completing a successful trial period.
Duties Include:
* Managing Team Performances
* Interacting and Motivating the Workforce
* Addressing and Helping Rectify Employee Problems
* Communicating Goals and Results

Shift (5 out of 7 days):
