A highly prestigious, global proprietary trading firm, with an expanding satellite office in London, is looking to hire a ‘graduate analyst’ into its European HR function.
Supporting a small team of experienced HR professionals, the newly created hire will ‘take weight’ off HRBPs, in a role with a broad remit. Core to the role is handling administration around CV processing for graduate & intern talent, as well as management and scheduling of interviews for more experienced hires. The role extends to working on a variety of projects for HRBPs, often focused on recruitment strategy, initiatives, or process improvements. The hire will also be trained to take on onboarding responsibilities for new London hires.
The firm offers a positive, vibrant, yet relaxed office environment – there is no dress code, fully subsidized food, and breakout areas. Their London office has rock-bottom staff attrition.
Candidates should have a 2:1 / first-class degree from a leading university and roughly 6-24 months of experience in an HR admin/support role, or in a talent/recruitment function, ideally in the FS space, but there is flexibility.
The role will pay a £40-50k base salary. A strong performer can earn a large percentage of this number as a bonus, making this a very well-paid role for a recent graduate.
