Your new role
Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for research and development activities that support ourpany’s ambitious goals. From material selection and testing to final production, your contributions will be critical. You will design robust solutions, operate on CREO Design software, use your problem-solving skills to tackleplex challenges. You will be expected to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will be expected to manage and collaborate on Research and Development (CRD) projects and demonstrate your knowledge ofposite manufacturing processes and materials.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing the R&D Engineers role, you shoulde with a Degree in Engineering and previous experience in a similar role. You should have strong CAD skills, ideally in CREO (however those with experience in other packages will be considered). You should have strongmunication and IT Skills.
