The Avaya Engineer will undertake the role of network subject matter expert, providing technical support assurance and guidance throughout the migration.
The Avaya Engineer will be required to hold valid NPPV3 security clearance.
The ideal must be able to start by 4th February 2025.
Key Responsibilities Provide on-site support during the migration process, ensuring 24/7 coverage for 6 days based on shift work.
Assist users with the new Avaya voice platform, offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
Perform floor walking to support and train users on the new system.
Collaborate with the project team to validate and ensure successful migration.
Work in shifts to provide continuous support (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am).
You will be able to choice which shift works for you and that will be your set time throughout the contract Key Skills and Qualifications Extensive experience with Avaya Aura Contact Centre (latest version preferred).
Strong operational skills, including troubleshooting and user support.
Background in customer training, particularly in a contact center environment.
NPPV3 clearance required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts and stay on-site as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications NPPV3 Security Clearance.
