Job Details:
Salary Range: £38,092 to £45,389 per annum (inclusive of £3,000 per annum market supplement) plus an additional £2,000 payment on your 3 month anniversary, and a further £2,000 after 12 months and then annually thereafter
Work Location: Frimley Park Hospital, Camberley (Hybrid working, home and office based)
Hours per week: 37 (part-time hours will be considered)

Joining our multi-disciplinary Hospital Team as an Assistant Team Manager, you’ll work with both health and social care colleagues to deliver excellent social work services that make a real difference to adults in need of social care. As a fully qualified Social Worker experienced in safeguarding, complex case work, resource allocation and funding, you’ll be passionate about working with people to achieve the best outcomes – enabling people to be safe and as independent as possible, so they can live the lives they want.

Your focus as an Assistant Team Manager is to lead and manage our Senior Case Workers and Social Workers alongside managing your own small, but complex, case load. With a shared responsibility for leading and managing within the wider team, you’ll support our duty function, deputise for the Team Manager and assist in the strategic planning and delivery of the service in line with our governance principles.
Using your excellent communication and relationship building skills, you’ll enjoy developing successful and positive relationships with individuals and professional health staff, both inside and outside of the hospital team.

Travel Requirements
You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire or other local authority, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
