We are now looking for a highly motivated experienced Estate Agent to join our busy and passionate team on a full-time basis, in our office in Wimborne. Saturday work will be required as per the team rota. Job Summary: Reporting to the Lead Estate Agent, this role will play an integral part in the Sales Team, consisting of a further Estate Agent, a Customer Service Representative, Viewers and a Sales Progressor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimising every opportunity to maximise sales, ensuring our clients and applicants receive a first class service. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Manager a register of existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and guidance through the property selling process. Maximise opportunities by maintaining regular contact with clients to provide feedback from property viewings and advise them on how to achieve a successful sale of their property. Handle general inquiries from clients, providing clear and professional responses. Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring all the required documentation is received and all property updates are communicated to the team. Co-ordination of Sales Team: Facilitate morning meetings with the Sales Team. Organise the diaries of the Sales Team, ensuring appointments are booked out efficiently. Co-ordinate and take part in phone outs to potential clients and applicants. Qualifications: At least 3 years’ experience within the real estate or property management industry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to lead a team, demonstrating best practice in estate agency. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
