Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies, autonomously and with the wider growth team, to attract, grow and retain Technology clients with account-based marketing requirements Identify and support against new business opportunities and create tailored proposals to meet client needs Work closely with Clarify’s marketing practice to align strategies, cost frameworks and achieve business unit targets Work alongside Clarify's growth team as ABM subject matter expert to bring marketing expertise into the building of proposals and to strengthen new business pursuit strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with Clarify account teams to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing client base Track and report on business development activities and forecasted outcomes Requirements: Proven experience in business development for B2B marketing agencies Strong understanding of ABM strategies and tactics, the marketing industry more broadly and market trends Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong Power Point skills and presentation creation, working to existing brand guidelines Comfortable working autonomously to create and deliver presentations to sales and marketing leaders within complex deal environments Ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies Demonstrable track record of achieving business growth targets Please note this role requires two days a week in our Theale office
