The People Service Centre Administrator is integral to the successful delivery of an efficient, proactive and responsive HR administration and advisory service within the Gloucestershire Constabulary.
The People Service Centre provide advice and guidance to managers and staff in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle in accordance with agreed policies, procedures and working practices. The team manage a high volume of payroll cases, as well as ensuring that our HR system accurately reflects the necessary changes as a result of the full spectrum of HR processes. Within the role there is a need to liaise and build working relationships with third party service providers.
This is a varied role adding significant value to the organisation and supporting the successful implementation of our new Core HR system. Essential to this role is the provision of excellence in Customer Service as well as a resilient attitude.
All necessary support and training will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate transitions smoothly and quickly into the team.
This is a fixed term contract role for 12 months.
