I am working with a client in Normanton to recruit someone to start as soon as possible to support during a busy period. This role is a very busy position and in a very fast-paced environment. It is a fully office-based role, 40 hours a week on an ongoing temporary basis.
Duties include:
Book authorised training as required for all employees;
Monitoring training expiry dates - ensuring certification remains on date;
Ensure all new certificates are uploaded to the training database and filed;
Monitor & record training costs/ cancellations;
Ensure completion of eLearning across the company;
Create/issue certificates of competence;
Monitor the mentoring process for site staff;
To assist the Group HR Manager with general administration duties;
Updating HR Company database;
Vetting engineers;
Advertising positions on job boards; Indeed, CV Library and the company website
Negotiating with recruitment agencies;
Scheduling interviews with management for a variety of positions around the business
