Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5pm Rewards: Life Assurance Company Pension Scheme (Salary Exchange option) Leadership and Development Academy Enhanced Parental Pay Schemes Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Unrivalled opportunities for career progression Company Events The Role: Assisting with Onboarding of new hires (including Right to Work/ Security Checks, Offer letters, Contracts of Employment) Routinely monitor new hire onboarding dashboard Administration of offboarding, recording of sickness absence and maternity, monitoring HR email inbox and responding to queries from managers and employees. Organising training sessions Maintaining and updating employee records and issuing contractual amendments. Notetaking at meetings Preparation of reports for Senior Leadership Assisting the ER team with end-to-end TUPE Absence management administration Invite and outcomes to Probation Reviews and Flexible Working Requests Notetaking at employee meetings The Person: 1 year experience within a busy of Human Resource department Proven ability to quickly learn new software applications with minimal training required. Strong multi-tasking skills (ability to effectively manage multiple project components at the same time while meeting tight deadlines) required. Proven ability to work well with a wide range of people and personalities Strong written and verbal skills Able to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment Must have effective communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint and Word, basic to intermediate with Excel Occasional travel to Dublin Office and sites throughout Ireland will be required Basic knowledge of NI and ROI employment law is desirable Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
