Elevation Wealth Management are a fast-growing, privately owned practice providing corporate and private individuals with clear, independent financial advice. Our Apprenticeship Programme provides practical work experience to help you take the next step on the ladder towards a career in financial services, whilst also supporting you in attaining a level 3 qualification in Financial Services Administration.
Working as part of a small team of fellow Apprentices, you will be responsible for playing a vital role supporting our team of Financial Advisers with technical administration activities. A typical day might involve chasing third party providers for information on clients, reviewing and analysing data to produce a summary report on your findings so our Financial Advisers are well-prepared for their forthcoming client meetings.
Your training and development scheme will include rotations around different parts of the business to expose you to all elements of the Technical Administration role, whilst also supporting you in working with our apprenticeship provider to ensure you successfully pass study modules to gain your level 3 qualification.
We fully appreciate that being an apprentice can be a challenge financially; that’s why you will receive a higher than minimum rate of pay, and we even give you your birthday off work. We also have a great track record of current employees that started as Apprentices and have gone on to management level roles and fulfilling careers within the business.
We are looking for driven applicants that are specifically seeking a career within the financial services sector. Whether you have just completed your A-levels or degree, or perhaps have some office-based work experience and need a supportive employer to take the next career step, we would like to hear from you. As a minimum requirement, you must have level 2 (GCSE) Maths and English. Preference will be given to applicants that have studied areas such as Economics, Finance, Maths, or Business related qualifications. The role would be well suited to applicants that have excellent communication skills, strong IT and Excel skills. You must also be well-organised, reliable, flexible, and open to learning.
